I managed to find a little time over the last couple of weeks to do some more of my art - I can't imagine a life without it to be honest and I love those artful moments when it's me, some paint, tools and "bits" ...
The next tile class at Scraptivate is working with Shrinky Dink - I remember shrinking plastic in the oven when I was a kid! Anyway, these Shrinky Dink tiles have a vintage twist - so in this class along with learning all about Shrinky Dink I'll also teach ageing and distressing techniques too.
The following fortnight the class is on Beeswax. I love working with the Beeswax, using the Hot Wax Art Stylus. It is a fantastic medium to use in collage as it gives so much depth and texture to the work. This class is a little more involved and so will be 3.5 hours (instead of the usual 2.5 hrs). It's a class I am really looking forward to teaching ... here's a look at what we will create:

And have a great week!
