The team at Scraptivate would like to express our deepest condolences for those who have lost loved ones during the current Queensland flood crisis and our heartfelt wishes for all of those thousands of people effected by this tragic event.
At times like this it often feels like we are helpless. However there are a few small ways that you can help flood victims.
Your Creative Journey has organised a silent auction of artworks from renowned Australian and International crafters to help raise funds which will be donated to the Queensland Flood Appeal. Details for this can be found on facebook here:

Michelle Jamison is collecting any unwanted or unneeded scrapbooking supplies to distibute to a bunch of Queensland scrapbookers whom have lost everything in the floods. Most of the scrapbook shops around Perth are acting as collection points for these goods. You can donate scrapbooking or craft items to Scraptivate by the end of January for it to be forwarded on to Michelle.
Sharryn Thompson has started a blog for the Queensland Flood victims and needs as many people as possible to take part in the cause. Sharryn is asking crafters for scrapbook pages, cards and anything handmade to send to the families of the floods. For full details visit Sharryn's blog here http://risingwatersqueensland.blogspot.com/.
These are just some of the ways you can help.
